Sky contracts

I've got a sky mobile account and have 3 phones on it. One is mine and the other two are for kids.  Because they are on my contract and I pay the bills are the phones officially mine,  even if their names are linked to it?

As you are the account holder so you pay for them they would be seen as yours.
