Sky app not working - Mobile

Trying to pay off my mobile phone finance and it's constantly saying 'Unfortunately,

It's not available right now' it's done this for months now. 

What can I do to repair this?? I don't want to spend endless minutes/hours on the phone in a queue. It says you can do it on the app so it should work.. 

Doesnt even allow me to upgrade my phone so they won't get any more custom from me. 

Anyone else had the same issue?

Nothing.  You'll have to call on 150.

Hi @Donna183  some customers do seem to have this sort of problem. If you can't do it online then your only option is to call on 150 so sky can help and investigate why you can't do it online yourself.

Will they fix it or is it just to complete the transaction over the phone? 

Seems pointless having the app if you have to call them to sort
