Sky accessory delivery

I ordered some new AirPods there we're going to be delivered yesterday but no one was in to get them. Today I checked dpd website to see when they would be delivered today and it says they are sending them back to sky. Why? When they have only attempted to deliver them yesterday and I also can't seem to get in contact with a real person at sky. All robots. Very bad customer service

Hi @Katieleah  call sky on 150, when asked what your issue is, don't answer and that should then lead to you being able to talk to someone.
