Hi folks, I was hoping I could get some help with a query about WiFi Calling. I have tried looking at older threads but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for.
I have an iPhone 13 I bought directly from Apple and an O2 SIM-only plan.
Despite having WiFi calling turned on, I have never been able to use WiFi calling on our FTTC Broadband. When I checked Sky's website, it says that if the phone was not bought from them, they say that if the phone wasn't bought from Sky it might not be compatible.
I'm looking to upgrade my phone, and I'm considering getting an iPhone 15 Pro from Sky phone-only. Unfortunately my O2 SIM-only contract still has quite a bit of time left on it.
Will this allow me to use WiFi calling?
Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @stevenayers not sure anyone can give a definitive answer to this as the sims with O2, you would be better asking on their forum. The fact the phone is from sky wouldn't (in my opinion) have much to do with it. If it hasn't worked in the past then not sure it would work now.
