Used to be a sky TV customer, a few years ago now, but recently decided to become a sky mobile customer.
However, wanting to enjoy the sky vip benefits, I have tried checking these out but unable to view as the app always says I can't currently join sky VIP.
Have spoken to Sky 3 times over the phone, and always feels as though no one knows real answers or solutions and everyone of those 3 calls has turned into a sales pitch!
I just wanted help on the sky vip side, how do I access it and see what the benefits are to a sky mobile customer! Can you get cinema tickets for example? Days out? I just don't know, because the help over the phone has been so wishy washy!
Does anyone know what benefits are available sky mobile customers through the VIP programme?
