Sky VIP activation

I have an active Sky Mobile handset agreement and pay monthly for the device, but no SIM. Can you confirm whether handset-only customers are eligible for Sky VIP?

 

I have seen on a separate post for Sky Mobile customers you need to contact Sky direct for them to activate the VIP access 1- however this is proving a difficult task finding any sort of online form / communication.

We are just customers here so what happens when you go to activate VIP as a mobile only customer ?
