Sky VIP 10gb data for £5

Trying to access the 10gb £5 VIP deal but when you click the claim now button it says unavailable try again later. Have also been through manage SIM on my account but its not one pf the options are they just making this so difficult so you give up??

I cant make phone calls either and online assistant just always says noone available to help any suggestions for other ways to actually speak to real person email or any help to get the deal online somehow when are people actually available 😊

Hi @Faye87  as this is a VIP offer for new additional sims on your account it won't appear in your sim account management. I have just looked at the offer and it took me as far as checking out where I stopped. If it's not letting you get that far then you will need to call sky on 150 for help placing your order.
