I swapped my iphone 16 for the new iphone 17 and returned it in the box with label provided.
Royal Mail delivered this and Sky recieved it 22nd September... But sky still havent credited my old iphone account with the £318 promised and inface it now looks like its been cancelled as nothing shows for the swap anymore.
I have contacted sky about this more than 3 times and made 3 complaints through the website, but still nothing!
No replies, just broken promises that someone will contact me within 72 hours and never do!
I cannot believe after all the years i have been with sky and all the iphones i have had through sky this is still ongoing!
T top it off, i had a returns box come through the door yesterday! Angry and frustrated seems too tame for how i am feeling
