Hi
I have a samsung s22 and im at the 24 month mark when i can now swap my phone for a new device, when reading and answering the damage questions they seem to be very ambiguous
My phone is fully working, no issues and has no obvious damage other than 1-2 small scratches on the screen which i would regard as normal wear and tear for a 2 year old phone
it has has cases and screen protectors on for 95% of its life and other than a couple of barely noticable scraches it in great condition
my question is... will i be able to give it back following answerings in good condition with no damage?
are small scratches or typical wear and tear allowed or will i be penalised for these?
are they expecting an almost show room condition phone after 2 years of use?
many thanks
CT

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @ChrisT91 they will probably accept it but the valuation may differ once they assess it from the original valuation you get now. You can always refuse their valuation and ask for your phone to be returned if you are not happy. Take photos of your phone before sending it back.
