Sky Mobile - switching from SIM only

I was on a contract with Sky Mobile that ran out in October 2023. Ive been using my iphone 12 since then as a SIM only on a new deal with them. I am finally admitting I need a new phone but when I click on 'swap my mobile' it won't let me add any data as this is my old contract from October 2023. 

 

How do I cancel my SIM only and start a new contract with them? I can't seem to work out how to do it in My Sky as there is not the option to cancel the SIM.

To cancel the sim you need to call Sky on 150 and give them 31 days notice, when the sim is cancelled the number will be lost so any new one you order will come with a new number.

 

If you have paid off your mobile in full then you can not do a swap with it but you can place an order for a new one and when doing you will be credit checked of which you will need to pass.
