We have had reduced or no mobile signal in the Lancaster area for over a week now. We've been told it's an issue with a phone mast that could take until after the 1st June to sort. Please tell me that we are going to be refunded in some sort of way. I have 5 contracts and pay over £100 and to not be able to use the phones is ridiculous. Has anyone else had this issue.
