Sky Mobile Sim Cards Activation

Received two new Sky sim cards this week for my wife and myself... when I try to activate them from my Sky account all I get is the following error screen 

"Whoops, there's been an error
Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later."

I have tried to complete the process via various different browsers and devices but same error shows on all, so I assume that the problem is your end!  Can someone please take a look at what is causing the error?
