Sky Mobile Order

Hi, I ordered the Samsung Tab S11 Ultra on 5th September, and it still shows coming soon. Called customer support, and they said to order a new one because the old one has a problem. I did order the new one based on their advice, and I got the free buds today, but not the tablet. Whenever I call the CS, they have different answers.  I don't know what's happening as customer service is of no help.

Sometimes there is a wait if Sky are awaiting stock from their supplier which appears to be the case with your order.

Thanks for this, but it's of no use as it still says coming soon. CS says a different answer every time I call them.

You really don't need to call CS as they will know about as much as what you can see via that link. You will receive the device but due to the stock issues you will just have to wait for it Im afraid as hopefully coming soon will mean just that.

Stock levels in the website are not know for being accurate so I wouldn't read anything in that.

It's annoying, though, it's the first time I'm facing an issue with Sky. I always had a good experience with them.
