Has Sky told you that your number has transferred and if they have does your phone within it's settings now show the correct number ?

Exact same situation for me. I set up new Sky SIM card yesterday, transferred my number (transferred immediately btw), but now I have no mobile data. I only noticed this afternoon when I was out trying to use Google Maps! I thought that I had missed something but it appears not to be the case🤷♀️

Both my broadband has gone down and in the last 24 hours my phone is eating data and running out whilst I sleep! I've had to add 5GB of data to my phone and I'm hardly even using it. I don't know what is going on, I've never had issues like this before? I can't seem to find any information on what's going on.

Hi yes seems to be a frequent issue at the moment. Been a customer almost 5 years and their services have been great. Then the past few months both WiFi & Mobile data break weekly. I don't remember the last week my services worked smoothly without issues at least for serval days. Getting pretty fed up of this now because I don't know what I'm actually paying for anymore. Have 5 devices with sky, tv and WiFi and up until this year they have been great. If sky can't keep up with their capacity anymore then they'd best stop taking on new customers. Everytime I phone through it takes forever to get through the automated service and often get hung up on. Just tried to use the bot to fix issues which got me nowhere and it then sent me a link to purchase more devices?!?!? Both mine and my partners phones have no data. Unable to check our banking apps or use any services on our phones as a result. This is the second day of this now so guessing it's just another one of their frequent drops. My partner tried to roll data as we have full piggy bank over 200gb. Must have rolled 15g yesterday and all just vanished and not working?!? I suppose as usual I'll pay for these past few days will I? 😤

Well, I may have forgotten to tutn on my mobile data on the new phone...oops! So all good now!!

Same issue for me. Number transferred two days ago. I can receive calls but can't make them. It's saying everything ok in my area.
