Sky Mobile Delivery - Action Required

Can anyone help me, I placed an order yesterday, to upgrade, and the screen froze before the transaction completed. I recieved all the correct emails, yet the order tracking still says "Action Required". Ive spoken with Sky yesterday and they assured me that no action was needed and my order was on track. Yet im still unable to track my order, or recieved any notifications. Account holder is also unable to contact Sky until Monday

If you have spoken to Sky then I'm not sure what anyone can do for you ?

 

You will know when it is on the way as you should get a dispatched email from Sky and then DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery slot.

 

The timescale for the delivery will have been shown when you placed the order.

Whats concerning me is its still saying:

 

Sky Mobile Device Delivery
Action Required
It appears there's been an issue with your order
Please contact us to get your order back on track

 

Its suppose to be arriving today, ive not recieved a tracking number, no timeslot, my old phone needs to be sent back within 14 days, theres clearly an issue, but sky maintain there is not issue to resolve.

When you say it was due to arrive today is this because it stated next day delivery because if so this doesn't always happen due to stock availability.

 

One thing we can try if you want is to see if the messaging team from Sky can help with this so are you ok with being contacted by them via a private chat bubble on here ?

Im aware but it also states when you order if theres a delay in ordering. The bottom line will say order now and reiceve by.... Ive had it before where that has said 2 weeks from the date. On the phone i ordered it says next day

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
