Sims

OK,so I'm not technically minded,just switched to sky. Why are we issued with 2 sims.i set up one only to find its the 100mb one. Need to activate 10gb one but unsuccessful so far. I've just tried to call sky fir help but my phone is saying " not registered on network...so what have I done? Any help appreciated.

If you ordered 2 sims on two different data plans on the same account then when you go to activate it you have a choice of what sim to allocate against either plan. 150 is the free number to call Sky on from the sim you have activated and when you do say nothing if asked anything by the bot and remain on the line.
