Sim

Hello I received my brand new iPhone 16e with eSIM on the 24th February was told it was faulty so today received a SIM card I haven't been able to text or make calls as my old provider cut me off . Is there anyone on here that can help me step by step please

You do need to activaye the Sky sim which you should be able to do here:
