Sim

Absolutely awful the customer service option sky . I am in Australia and my sims decided it doesn't want to work for the last few days . I have took it out cleaned it . Airoplane  mode the lot . For some reason sky mobile doesn't have a email I can contact and as I have no sim I can't bloody ring sky fo speak to them . There still charging for me for mobile roaming and it's not even got a working sim . It's a shambles this .

So you have checked your spend cap to make sure you haven't reached the level it is set at ?

 

You have tried to get it to search for other networks to see if will connect to one and then work for you ?

 

Sky hasn't used email as a way we can contact them for quite a few years.

I don't have a spent cap . It says SOS  like the sims broke . I know it's awful what happens in my case if my sim doesn't work how am I meant to ring them  to solve it .  Thanks anyway
