Sim

Have no network when not at home, mobile data on. Put in SIM card from old phone, how do I know if Ive got eSIM or do I need a new SIM card?

If you have an actual sim card in your phone then you do not have a esim so have you activated this sim card if you are new to Sky. If you have does the card work in another phone ?

Hi, no not a new customer to Sky. SIM card worked in old phone. Is having an eSIM the answer - how do I rectify? Thanks
