Sim
I went aboard for 4 weeks now my sim is not working what do I do

Make sure you phone is now set to home or automatic:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to home/automatic
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to home/automatic

Hi thanks for the reply. I have checked that it is on automatic however still not working. Keeps saying no service showing no bars

Do any mast issues show here for you:

At the bottom of the above link select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
