Ensure SIM application setting is set to 'Home' instead of 'Abroad'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As above:

 

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to home.

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to home.
