Sim

Tried to order a sky sim as joining sky mobile soon but got different people giving different days on when it arrive and my Sky says it arrived but it hasn't. 
where has the special phone number gone from Sky for people with health problems.

Thanks yes I registered with sky accessibility but when phoned about Sky mobile someone from a call centre in India answered but English was bad so I ask at a Sky shop in my shopping centre.

Does your account say it is has arrived or that is has been dispatched as these are sent by Royal Mail so should take more than a few days from being dispatched to be with you.
