Hello,

I have 2 sims in my phone.

Unfortunately my mobile data is linked to my inactive sim .My question is simply if I take the sim out of my phone will my data show on active sim?

There was a mix up at activation & after calling sky i thought this was sorted.

Any ideas?

If this other sim has been activated then it should work so why not give it a try.

It does work but my remaining data shows still linked to the inactive sim

Data is linked per sim so what data shows as being left on this sim. It resets on your billing date.
