I have a sim with you already but out of contract, I need to upgrade my sim to unlimited date

Hi @Colin167  look in your account to see if it's available as an option to change too. If not then call sky on 150 to see if they can add it to your current sim. If not then the only option is to order it on a new sim, it will come with a new number, port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port back to the new sim.
