Sim
I ordered my sim on the 12th of December and on the app it says it's been delivered but I haven't received. Will give it a few more days before ordering a new one but has anyone else had this problem?

If you address is correct on your account then ordering it again is all you can do. Should you end up with two of them make sure you only activate the one so the other is cancelled,
