I want to cancel my sim. I've been paying this for years. I've never used it. Can you help?

Hi @pa+audain the only way to cancel is by calling sky, can't be done online. Call on 150 from a sky sim.

You have to call Sky to cancel it. 150 from a Sky connection.

You have to give 31 days notice - if you activated the SIM then you will be charged even if you don't use it. (There's no refund involved)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
