I ordered a new sim 2 weeks ago to replace my e sim....nothing has come

Assuming your address is correct on your account as these are sent out and delivered by Royal mail so it might be worth trying to order another one to see if it arrives.

 

If you end up with two then as long as you only activate one of them then the other would be cancelled.
