Sim won’t activate

I’m having an issue with my Sky Mobile account SIM, as it won’t activate. When I check the status, it says the SIM will refresh in -136 days, which doesn’t make sense and suggests there may be an error on the account. I’ve tried restarting my phone and checking the SIM, but the issue is still there. I’d appreciate help getting the SIM properly activated as soon as possible.

Yes, I'm not receiving no help. They just say I need to activate it but I literally cannot. It says error

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
