Sim ssues

  • I can't make a call without a message saying the other person is busy and they get the same message if they phone me. I also can't connect to the internet unless on WiFi. I have tried turning my phone off and on and tried my SIM in a different phone but same issues. This has been happening for a couple of days now.

Are you able to call Sky on 150 to report this to them, if you are saying nothing when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line.

The same thing happens when I try to call 150. I don't use a landline.

As you can't call then try using social media as Sky as there are links to their sites at the bottom of the page.

Used my daughter's phone to ring them. They are sending me a new SIM. Fingers crossed it solves the problem.
