Sim scam

Hi , I receive a message earlier saying something along the lines of it being from my sim provider. I usually ignore these sort of messages but clicked on it and instead of pressing the cancel option I'm sure I accepted it.  I'm now worried this is some sort of scam as I can't find this message anywhere . Is there anyway this can be checked out as I'm now cautious about accessing my accounts. Thank you

@Lynne68  No one at Sky can acxess your device even if you bought it from them.

Was the message in relation to APN settings? or something else?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sim scam

,  I'm not sure . I don't usually open these messages, don't know what on earth possessed me to do it this time. I'm just worried now that all the details on my sim can be accessed

@Lynne68

Was it and email or text message that you were sent, we can help you if you can give us an idea of what it says as no matter what you did you might still have a copy if it.

Re: Sim scam

Hi, it was a message that just came up on my phone while it was locked it didn't have the usual alert sound and said it was from my sim provider. I can't tell you how stupid I feel now and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It may have been a carrier settings update.
I had one recently from my provider.
