Sim replacement

ordered new sim never got to activate as struggled to do so and now can't find it. Can I have replacement please

You'll have to call Sky.  We're other customers so can't send you one...

 

If the dataplan has expired (30 days if not activated) you'll need to order a new one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you never activated it then it can't be replaced and will be automatically cancelled after 30 days so all you need to do is to order yourself a new one:
