Sim problems

I had an iPhone 14 Pro with my sim in, I now have an iPhone 16 plus. I checked with sky on the phone earlier today and they said as my sim is a physical sim I can just take it out of my iPhone 14 and put it into the 16, I have done this and when the sim is in the iPhone 16 it says no service, not receiving any calls or texts, I have reset it, I have turned it on and off, but when I put the sim back into my iPhone 14 it works and my texts come through but not on the 16

Hi @Ella56  with the sim in the new phone try this.

Go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. You will need to set up your WiFi connection again.

What about this @Ella56  ?

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.

Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.

Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.

Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
