Sim plans

Looking to change two sim deals but I am not being offered the current two that are on the app do I need to order new sims to get these deals?

Hi @Jonesy51  yes those deals are normally for new or additional sims. You could call sky on 150 to see if they can apply the offers to your current sims but they may say no.
