Sim plan

Hi, 

I called on 11th Dec and changed my plan. Unfortunately my contract is not mirroring what I and the sky rep agreed. Please can you look into ASAP.

We are just customers here so can not do this for you. If your next bill is also incorrect you will need to call tjem again about this.
