Sim offer £5 for £10GB

My husband as main account holder can get this offer but I am a secondary account holder and although it shows as available on my app it is £7 when I try to check out.

I had same issue on both my mobile numbers.

inhad to call sky mobile and 'demand' the offer was provided.

it took a few minutes but the operator then applied some discounts to create the offer and set it up for 12 months.

this offer seems to happen often but sky are not aware the figure changes when you try to activate it.
