Sim not registered

Ive set up my new phone Samsung Galaxy A34 5G. Ive put my existing Sim in which was working fine in old phone, now a message is coming up in new phone network not registered. I thonk it might be i need to put my pin in - but what the hec is my PIN!!!!

If it is a sim pin then try 0000 (4 zeros).

So helpful Ty! I unlocked my pin!!. But phone still looking for a network! Infuriating trying to get help from sky. Seems impossible.

  • I managed to unlock my pin Ty sooo much!! But still 'not registered to network'. Have put SIM.back in old phone & same message. have tried network settings as chat advised, but afraid to do the reset, reset, reset ootion. Will I loose eveyrthing on my phone!! How do I order replacement sim please?
