Sim not giving internet access.

I have an unlimited sim I'm using in a router and I'm not getting internet access after following the steps in the MySky app to activate it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I've done wrong?

Have you configured the APN?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
