Sim has No Signal

My sim has no signal so I can't call or connect to Internet without broadband. The sim is installed in my tablet

@arfie  Did you activate the sim when you received it?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes, it has been working for years. It has suddenly stopped.
