Sim eror

Hi,

 

I recieved a sim replacement, however nothing is working in cant make calls or recieve messages, ive tried to log onto sky and activate my sim card but it keeps asking me to link my id first, I do this and then it just sits on the main screen saying link I'd complete return to homepage, I do this and then it does not allow me to go any further, it just keeps sending me back to link my id again and then I get id already linked, im unable to use my phone for any calls or recieve messaged witch is frustrating as im unable to log into my Gmail and everything as it is trying to text me a code 

 

Can anyone help please

Thanks for your reply, I'd assume so as it asked for my surname date of birth and my last 6 digits of my bank account to verify

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
