Sim contract
I have 2 sims how do I cancel the sim as we are getting new phone with new sims as am still in contract

If you cancel the existing SIMs you'll lose your phone numbers. (You can only cancel the SIMs if you've had them longer than 12 months)
If that's ok then activate your new SIM's (with new phone numbers) and then call Sky on 150 to cancel the old ones.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
