Sim card

I want to turn off parent control on one of the SIM cards. I have called David I don't have a credit card to do it on the app

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.

Do you have a mobile on your account because if so you can call Sky on 150 as they will do this for you as only someone over 18 can sign a credit agreement for a mobile device via Sky. If you are a sim only customer you will have to use a credit card from someone else to do this.
