Sim card stopped working

I just upgraded from the galaxy s20 to the s24 ultra, I put my sky sim in the s24ultra and it was working fine for a few days, but since yesterday it's says emergency calls only, won't go online unless I'm connected to WiFi and it won't connect to the sky network, I've tried getting network settings sent but nothing comes through, I also checked the sim in my old phone again and it won't work with that either, I'm not too techy so I'm not really sure on what's happened with it, any ideas?

Re: Sim card stopped working

Had sky SIM for one week had to wait till the bank holiday was over for activation  ,,the SIM locked the phone to forward your calls only could not stop it even though forwarding was off  ,the a pop up said service refuses to turn off forwarding  ,hours on the phone put through to appx 8 different rep ,advice included turn of flight mode , I never have it on , take the SIM out & clean it , daily ###211# after that #22## , all of the reps were Asian / and Chinese  speaking fast in pigeon English  some with kids in the back ground ,hard to understand  ,  SIM had a lot of problems that no one could solve  wasted over half a day on the phone  , told my phone is at fault take to repair shop , funny it did not have any problems prior to putting the sky SIM in .

Then was the battle to cancel the contract more reps  more hours  .

Sky fitting  fibre board band should been a clue  was going through a small garden wall ,change of plan cut up half the driveway put the cable up against the front wall an disappeared never to been seen again  . Thank god they don't work as mechs in my local garage  !
