Sim card not working
My sim card has suddenly stopped working and i'm no longer registered on network. I therefore have no phone so can't contact anyone. How do i get a replacement sim?

Hi @63johnw
Thanks for the links. The service status is showing as fine, so mg sim must havd failed. I've tried all the recommended options - toggling flight mode, restsrting phone, cleaning sim, etc.
The second link to get a replacement sim ends up in a virtual assistant chat which doesn't understand what a replacement sim is. It keeps asking me if i want help activating a new sim. I'm stuck. I can't even switch to a new provider as i can't get a PAC code. It's a nghtmare!

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.

Hi @caesarome, thank you.
I managed to chat with an agent on Thursday, but nothing was resolved. I accessed the chat again on Friday and another agent told me I would have to wait 3-5 days for a response. I am now chatting to another agent, but very much doubt I will get a replacement sim before the New Year. The service is appalling.
