Sim card activation

Keep getting error message 'whoops there's been an error' when activating sim. Have tried two different devices,  different search engines and cleared cookies and cache per instructions. Any suggestions?

Hi @AllyFenton  give sky a call and they will activate it. It's free on 150 from a sky sim, or

033 375 929 57 from other networks.
