Sim activation

I reported my phone and sim as stole to sky. They have sent out a replacement sim to me , but I cannot activate it . The option appears , and when I click sign in on it, I get brought back to my mobile dashboard on the app where it says "sim reported as lost". Anyone any ideas how to get the replacement sim activated ?

You will have to find a way to call them about this, perhaps via another mobile or a landline phone.
