Like everyone else I keep getting an error message when trying to activate my sky sim card si that I can use the PAC code from my previous provider to swap my number over. How long does it take for the issue to be resolved or where can I actually speak to someone who can help me get this set up? Am anxious to only have one phone in my pocket instead of 2 !!
