I've ordered sim 100mb (free) and device.

I've tried activating my sim but it doesn't work... I got code and everything but in my sky app when I press "active your sim" it takes me to the page when I can buy packs... any ideas why is this happening?

Have you linked your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:
