Sim activation

everytime I try and and activate my phone/sim I keep getting a whoops were experiencing technical difficulties please try again this has been happening since last Friday. Any ideas please?

To get the sim activated you will need to call Sky. 

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
