Sim activation

New sim from Sky not activating just going back to home page ,unable to ring not on any network seems my phone is a brick ,sky believe in better ha

Do you have a landline phone you can use to contact Sky, if not you could try Twitter or Facebook Messenger as a way to contact them seeing as you have internet access.

@walker80 Don't hold your breath, I've been waiting since 2nd July for my 2nd SIM to activate, it's even been escalated to next level, as of now I still don't have an activated SIM. Totally ridiculous.

Yep, Sky, believe in better, go elsewhere for your mobile phone if you want one that actually works
