Sim activation help needed

I'm trying to activate my sim but its saying the following when I go to sky.com/activation as instructed.

"

This page is restricted

Sorry, you cannot view this page because you are not the account holder. Please contact the account holder to activate this SIM."

Are you the account holder and if you are then are you signed in with the correct details ?

Hi. Yes I am the account holder and have all details correct. I started the process on Friday and today my sky sim is still not ready....

After a few attempts on Friday it allowed me to activate my sim. How long does transfer usually take?

That depends on when you gave Sky the pac code, so usually within a few days the number should transfer.
